At Sammie's Scents, we want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Return Window:
We offer a 14-day return window for eligible items. To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition with all packaging intact.

2. Eligible Returns:
We only accept returns for damaged items. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, and provide proof of the damage (photos or video). Items that are opened or used are not eligible for return.

3. Non-Refundable Items:

Incorrect scent: We provide sample testers for you to try before purchasing, so returns due to scent preference will not be accepted.

Discoloration: Soy wax may naturally discolor, frost, or develop a matte finish over time, which is a normal occurrence and not eligible for return.

Sale or clearance items: All sale or clearance items are final and not eligible for returns or refunds.

Postage costs: Shipping fees for both original and return postage are non-refundable. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
